As the cold weather sets in you may feel your skin getting dry, flaky and itchy.  Before it gets too cold outside take some steps to nourish and warm your skin.  Just as in this Fall season of mobility we should be nourishing ourselves with warm, earthy foods like soups, squash, pumpkin and sweet potatoes we need to take care of the outer layer as well.

An oil massage with a good organic sesame, almond or jojoba oil would be great protection.  I’ve been using some instead of lotion this season, give it a try.
