a glimpse at what I’m having today. it is unusual that I don’t have some sort of protein as well but you grab what you’ve got, right? still, with this you’re getting vitamin C, flavonoids, B vitamins, potassium, and magnesium to name a few, not to mention fiber and natural sugars giving you that nice afternoon pick-me-up. also, I learned recently that ayurveda believes that eating a banana/day on a somewhat regular basis can serve to naturally maintain the serotonin levels in the body. who knew?!
